After graduating in Civil Engineering with a Major in Construction Engineering and Construction Process at TU Delft, Michel worked for 20 years with a variety of contractors.

Having held various positions in the pre-construction stage, securing tenders concerning large and complex projects, Michel made the switch to G&S Vastgoed in 2020. In his role as Project Manager he has since been making major contributions with regard to the technical and financial feasibility of G&S’s high-profile projects.

A project is only a success to him if realistic collaborative choices are made within the constraints of the budget and design criteria, resulting in a distinguished and timeless building for the future.

Michel values serious, critical and open-minded interaction between all players in the preparation process. In so doing so he keeps an open eye, ensuring that this process is enjoyable and rewarding for the entire team.

Negar Shorbi

Creative Developer

Negar finished her studies of interior architecture in 2013, getting her Masters degree at Luca school of arts, University of KU Leuven in Brussels. After working as an interior architect at a design&build company in Brussels, she moved to Amsterdam in 2017 and continued her design career at a similar company. She got her specialization in environmental psychology from Universiteit Van Amsterdam (UVA) in 2018. This study got her interested in our primitive instincts and she started her own research on human’s primitive habits in today’s offices and buildings.

She joined G&S Vastgoed in 2019 as a creative developer connecting between form, functionality and human experience.

Negar believes that creativity begins with understanding the human mind. As a designer, she sees the world as an inspiration to create. In her eyes, the main purpose of design should be to elevate people’s lives and their journeys.”

Misha Gorter

Misha Gorter

Developer

Having done her graduation research on iconic projects that function as catalysts for area redevelopments, Misha knew she wanted to pursue a career in real estate development. Hence, she joined G&S Vastgoed as a Developer after obtaining her Master’s in Management in the Built Environment at the Delft University of Technology in 2019.
 
Throughout her studies, Misha gained valuable experience through assisting the architects of an architectural firm and the urban development management chair of the university with great pleasure. Next to that, she facilitated contact between students and real estate practice by holding committee and board positions at the university’s study association.
 
Currently, she works on Wonderwoods, aiming to successfully create the new sustainable and lively icon of Utrecht.

Wim Conijn

Wim Conijn

Technical Developer

Responsible for advising tenants throughout the coordination of the finishing process, Wim has been with G&S Vastgoed since 2000.

With a thorough understanding of industry sustainability practices and legalities, he is also instrumental in obtaining BREEAM sustainability certificates.

In his former role at G&S Bouw, Wim was responsible for calculating, coordinating and implementing the tenancy needs of small to large businesses.

Robert Luyt

Robert Luyt

Developer

Robert is a Developer at G&S Vastgoed. He joined the company in 2018 having completed a Master’s in Real Estate and Housing at TU Delft. Throughout his studies, he held multiple positions on various boards and committees and set up his own business, completing his first redevelopment project in The Hague.

In his current role, Robert works in close partnership with multiple stakeholders such as the municipality, investors, advisors and end-users in order to deliver the optimum end result.

His most recent project is Wonderwoods, Utrecht’s much lauded green development in the centre of the city.

Commercial Developer

Mischa joined G&S Vastgoed in 2016 as a real estate developer. Today, he works with the commercial and concept development team using his skills and knowledge to promote creativity and quality as a means of adding value to projects. He is also committed to enriching the user experience through intelligent design.

With a Master’s in Real Estate and Housing from TU Delft, Mischa played a key role in the exciting Wonderwoods development as well as many other acquisition projects.

Mischa is also co-responsible for devising and developing the PlayLab concept.

Marketing and Communications

After studying in London and Malta, Lise-Marie returned to her studies in 2016 to complete a degree in International Communication and Media, specialising in Marketing.

In 2017, Lise-Marie joined G&S Vastgoed. She is an experienced marketing practitioner working across the busy marketing and communication department supporting a wide range of developments.

Her daily tasks include; monitoring social media, press requests, creating prestation’s, animations and other creative marketing strategies and concepts to attract investors, tenants and interested parties.

After studying engineering at the HTS in Rotterdam, Lars spent the first 18 years of his career working for contractors including Boele & van Eesteren.

A key player on one of the Netherlands’ most exciting projects, Wonderwoods, Lars worked in partnership with G&S Vastgoed before joining the company as a project manager.

He is particularly skilled at managing large and complex projects, helping to improve efficiency and sustainability as part of the overall architectural scheme.

A keen team player, Lars is passionate about developing a harmonious relationship with colleagues and other stakeholders in order to deliver a successful outcome.

Head of Creative Development

Jet has worked at G&S since 2009. As head of creative development she is leading G&S’s creative teams which means responsible for all concepts, marketing, communications and residential sales related matters.
 
After winning the competition with Wonderwoods in Utrecht in 2017 she also started as a co-creator of Nowhere on behalf of G&S Vastgoed. For G&S’s real estate developments Jet is involved from the start and creates new concepts and ideas.
 
Work that she proudly presents are projects like Wonderwoods, CHANEL’s 1000 Mahlerlaan, the iconic Atrium and high-end residential building 900 Mahler. As co-creator of Nowhere she develops together with a team of professionals a profitably business case for this art space. Nowhere is space where new technology and nature meet. It will host immersive, generative digital-art exhibitions, experiences and inviting large audiences to play with the future.
 
She firmly believes that creativity is the catalyst for building successful real estate projects and strong concepts.

Jason Blackmore

After working as a real estate agent for six years at DTZ Zadelhoff Amsterdam and Hoofddorp, in 1998 Jason made the move to G&S Vastgoed. His first role was commercial adjunct director and later he became commercial director. In 2011, Jason’s success in these roles led to him being appointed managing director.
