Mischa Moritz

Development manager

Before I graduated from TU Delft in 2016, I gained some experience in international and national real estate related companies. Including my graduation assignment for Schiphol Real Estate. In my opinion architecture and project development are inextricably linked to each other. This was the reason I started with a Master Architecture and a Master Real Estate & Housing both at the same time so I could eventually graduate on a real Estate & Housing project. During my study I have held various board and / or committee positions and due my broad interest in technology and management I was also partly responsible for starting up a few companies.

As a development manager I am faced with the challenge of achieving the highest quality for the end user. This can be achieved through a down-to-earth approach and the right combination of high-quality architecture and innovative sustainable technologies.

My free time mainly consists of sports, travelling, culture and spending time with friends.
