Menno Ploeger

Development manager

Since August 2016 I work as a develop manager at G&S Vastgoed. Previously I worked at BPD Ontwikkeling for more than 9 years on several complex multifunctional projects in Amsterdam. As location manager I was responsible for the content and progress of these projects. From the beginning up to and including the end.

At G&S Vastgoed I am mainly involved in residential projects. After the big success of G&S Vastgoed it has the ambition to realize more housing projects in Amsterdam and in the neighborhood of Amsterdam just like 900 Mahler and the Gershwin Townhouses. My drive is to create buildings and places where people like to come or stay which are also beautiful and distinctive in form and function.

I graduated from the faculty of Architecture in Delft. I also did some courses at the Economics faculty at the Uva. After living in Amsterdam for more than 10 years I moved to Ouderkerk aan de Amstel in 2013 with my wife and two children. In my free time I like to spend time to cycle, cook or be with friends.
