Kasper Hesp

Development manager

Since 2013 I am working as a develop manager at G&S Vastgoed. I negotiated in house projects as well as offices. During my job as develop manager I maintain contact with several communities, advisers, tenants and investors. I am supported by a highly motivated team and I work a closely with the management, commercial and marketing department. Before I focused myself to the real estate sector, I worked for many years, especially during my study, as an independent entrepreneur in various industries. Working as an independent entrepreneur gives a lot of freedom which I have always appreciated, so this is also an important aspect at my current job. In the past I have lived in Delft, but the last 10 years of my life has taken place in Amsterdam. Both business and private.

My first steps in project development were at PFC2 Envelopment. At PFC2 Envelopment I have developed housing projects especially in collaboration with various corporations. We developed the non-residential buildings at our own risk or in cooperation with the end investor. The fact that we are always working with a partner in a project gives an extra dimension to the whole project, but at the same time it keeps you sharp and it forces you to make well founded choices and decisions.

I graduated from the TU Delft Faculty of Architecture and in 2013 I completed my MRE at the TIAS School for Business and Society. Besides my work I spend a lot of time with my family and if there is some time left I put it into cycling, running and spend some time with my friends.
