As development manager at G&S Vastgoed I act as a spider in his web between various stakeholders such as the municipality, stakeholders from the immediate vicinity, consultants and contractors. It is my ambition to achieve the maximum achievable result for the customer together with the construction team. I like to get stuck in complex projects with an existing context and am driven to create high-profile, unique buildings where housing optimally contributes to the primary process in an environment where people feel like home.
In 2005 I graduated from the Faculty of Architecture at TU Delft, with specialization of Building Management & Property Management. After working for 3 years at Twynstra Gudde as a management consultant I made the step towards commissioning in real estate. As a developer at Breevast, I have developed myself in 7,5 years and I have worked on various redevelopments and transformations. At G&S Vastgoed I have been working on the redevelopment of one of the first buildings on the Zuidas called the Atrium. The Atrium is a complex project of approximately 70,000 m2 where all facets of existing buildings and new construction come into one building.
Since five years I do not only work in Amsterdam, but I also live there. In my free time I like to travel. I am a fanatic volleyball player and if there is some time left I like to walk around the golf course.
