G&S Vastgoed delivers loft offices Moermansk 400 & 500 op.


Both loft buildings have recently been delivered to a pan-European investment vehicle, advised by UBS Asset Management. Together, the two loft buildings have an area of ​​10,000 sq.m. The realization was carried out byWessels Zeist. Because of their location at the head of the Moermanskkade, Moerrmansk 400 & 500 have a phenomenal view of the IJ. In the summer of last year Moerrmansk 300 was already delivered to a group of private investors. With the delivery of Moerrmansk 400 & 500, the entire development of G&S Vastgoed is completed.

The “three in a row” loft buildings together form a total surfaceof 15,000 sq.m. Simultaneously with the delivery of Moermansk 500 to UBS Asset Management, delivery to Hearst Netherlands also took place. Hearst will be using the building in July of this year. In Moerrmansk 400 approx. 1,400 sq.m is still available to lease.
