The Zuidas is strategically located and provides optimal access. Even though the Townhouses are surrounded by cosmopolitan buildings, it still feels like living in the country-side due to the amount of vegetation and the sightlines which were taken into account in the urban planning design.

A key objective of the project was to give buyers ample freedom to ‘customise’ the property with a large number of options offered.

The Gershwin Townhouses on the Zuidas form an ensemble of six architectural objects, each with its own character. At the front is the large communal garden which borders the private front garden of each house. The possibility to create a 230 sqm roof terrace was also provided as an option. Behind the leading wooden double front doors are dwellings with floor areas of up to approximately 300 sqm divided over three floors and an underlying basement. The house can also be reached directly from the parking garage via the basement. Each townhouse has two parking facilities in the parking garage. The façades consist of a white marble façade cladding and frames that are fitted with polished stainless steel click frames. High quality with a chic look. The townhouses offer a front yard as well as a backyard, own front door on a car-free private road, option for a 230 sqm roof terrace, three spacious levels and two private parking spaces.
